Justin supports clients where entity choices, governance, contracts, and transaction structures need to align with a defensible tax position. He joined the firm as an intern in early 2024 and began practicing after admission to the Illinois Bar later that year. His experience spans formations, dissolutions, domestications, conversions, recapitalizations, M&A, buy-outs, and tax-free reorganizations, giving founders and finance leaders a single, reliable point of contact from structure through execution. Before law, Justin served five years as a U.S. Marine Corps infantry Sergeant, with deployments to Cuba, Japan, Romania, and Spain. He's also conversational in American Sign Language. The preparation and follow-through that defined his service and studies now shape his client work.

Alexandria helps clients move from uncertainty to clarity on federal and state tax issues. Her work centers on clean analysis, timely filings, and positions that stand up to scrutiny. She joined the firm as an intern in January of 2024. After passing the Illinois Bar that same year, she quickly became a steady partner to clients navigating multi-stakeholder matters, cross-jurisdictional rules, IRS examinations and litigation, transaction design, and compliance matters. At Chicago-Kent, she served as a Vice President of the Student Bar Association; earlier studies in History, Spanish, and Leadership sharpen the way she listens, frames issues, and translates rules into actionable next steps.

Aran helps entrepreneurs, closely held companies, and families make clear decisions in complex tax situations—especially when matters cross borders or blend income, estate, and transactional considerations. Trained in both law and accounting, he brings rigor without theatrics and favors strategies that hold up in practice and under scrutiny. Before founding the firm, Aran served as a senior associate in the manufacturing, wholesale, and distribution tax practice at a major international accounting firm. He holds a B.S. in Commerce (DePaul), a J.D. (Chicago-Kent), and an LL.M. in Taxation (Georgetown). He is an attorney in Illinois and Nevada and a licensed CPA in Illinois. Outside of work, family time, a round of golf, and a good issue of TaxNotes are in his usual rotation.
